The sensation of “feeling as though you are living inside of an artificial existence” - - is often a symptom of the patterns of energy being created from [[often subconsciously]].
For Example ::: if you alter your true frequency in some way, & then work through that energy to create a certain result “because you think you should” or “have to” - - whatever that result becomes, you will end up just having to live inside that altered frequency.
