Towards the end of 2016 during my final year of Medical School, I experienced an immense heart-opening experience that sent me D E E P into my very own journey of Kundalini Awakening {{unbeknownst to me what this was on a conscious level at the time🤓}} :: which is a healing process of the Body + Heart + Soul where you are guided by your own Vital Force [[innate healing power within you]] in purging // alchemizing everything within your Body + Spirit + Energy System that does not resonate with your Core Energy Frequency // Soul Signature, or your Most Authentic Self = your 🎇Unique Brand🎇 of Unconditional Love. This included learning first-hand about the purging + healing + integration within our energetic Chakra System // Energy Body, the Evolutionary + Healing Time we are now in as humans here, the ancient shamanic practice of Soul Retrieval + integration of the Whole Spirit into the Physical Body on a Personal + Collective Level, & the un-earthing process of many innate Intuitive🔥Gifts that had been buried DEEP under years & years of unknown suppression. Shortly after, at the beginning of 2017, this process was kicked into HIGH GEAR {{to say the *very* least - - haha!}} after a weekend of craniosacral therapy training that further unearthed what felt like lifetimes of suppressed *separation from self*. {{I now see the energy of Trauma as any energy // aspects of ourselves &/or collective essences within Humanity that have been left un-integrated from the Whole of Who We Truly Are :: which is, of course, Love.}}

I spent the next two years immersed in my own inner-integration + embodiment process, finishing school & passing our Naturopathic Doctor Licensing Exams - - NPLEX :), integrating Everything I had learned throughout my 27/28 years of life thus far {{& that I continue to learn on the daily ;)}}, & spending every waking second learning more about Intuitive Development & Integrative Healing within the Human Body + Energy System.
Within my Spirit Services, I use many forms of intuitive guidance including Clairsentience {{clear feeling // empathy}}, Claircognizance {{clear knowing}}, Clairvoyance {{clear seeing // psychic vision}}, & Clairaudience {{clear hearing}}.
