🌠Another way to look at it is Grounding Through Love vs. Non-Helpful Habits // the energy of Addiction // *familiar* yet ultimately stagnant // not fully-supportive energy. The tricky thing about Habits [[if they aren’t truly serving us]] is that they can provide a temporary sense of Grounding [[or *expansion* - - but it’s not fully sustainable]]. It can be as simple as having too much caffeine if you know it disrupts your sleep // throws off your true mental clarity long-term. This takes deep, honest listening to the Body + Energy System & your Uniqueness. And the Pay-Off is an enhancement of your True Flow that will literally blow anything you used to temporarily feel - - COMPLETELY & Totally out of the water. But you have to take the Leap to Trust!

🌠What are we Ultimately Trusting? This is about trusting in the True Energy of Love, True Resonance, Creation. It sounds cliché and over-stated - - & yet, your Life Force Energy will *ultimately* always lead you back to what will be Most Supportive for you.
